I only bcc on *anything* when either updating a boss on the status of a client communication in that communication (quiet, orderly "here's what I'm doing), though that's rare, or when I'm dealing with something irrational and think someone else may obtain huehuehue from it (even more rare).

Yeah I only use it to send someone of a heads up for something that might be headed their way or if I want to ask someone higher if someone else is proficient enough to do something.
